the flower that went mad

the flower that went mad is filled with heartaches as well as joy and takes the readers through a journey of the up and the down moments in life. It expresses all the things that many are too afraid to open up about; it is painted with a thousand unsaid emotions at the turn of each page. But it is also about healing and finding one's voice. All this suffering that you go through will not go unnoticed because there is meaning too in chaos.

This collection will nurture, allow & gently restore your healing abilities through the emotions that connect with subtle, yet infallible energy within you.

a beautiful poison

‘A Beautiful Poison’ is an anthology containing narratives and confessional poetry. The concepts portrayed in the book relate to the 'daily commotion' in life; one that is compulsively overlooked by the immediate society. We are so busy exploring the corporate, ‘self-inflicted’ world that many at times, the basic concepts of life seem to be blindly compromised. With the book getting published and being able to put the entirety of my imaginations into non-judgemental sheets, I am overly glad to share this collection.

The idea of confessional poetry, fashioned with slices of words from the imaginative world, is what inspires me to live and continue writing each day. The mind is a very special place to be if one is looking for solace. For a piece of commercialized paper or a bar of gold cannot fathom the inner workings of a mind whose construct is unaltered, and of one that is beyond the parameters of this land. ‘A Beautiful Poison’ tries to bring in ideas that create longings, or those that may be subject to ridicule by the elite. But to every heart that beats, it will be a creator of new fragrances during summer. I would encourage each one of you to write, never to stop. Putting your thoughts into poetry is undeniably the most beautiful gift to yourself.

          The Tragedy of Our Lives

‘The Tragedy of our Lives’ explores the dynamics of life, each presented with an afterthought that may be limiting a soul from the adventures of tomorrow. With each new day, there is a curtain, which if turned, may take you to paradise. And soon, everyone will continuously ask you about this new place. So give it a name, fill it with people and trees and books and everything that you ever dreamt of. It is yours and you can shape every word of it. Under the notion of nothingness, what is there to live for if it’s not for poetry?

The book juggles with different versions of reality, with all looking alike as if summer and winter had it planned. The long descriptive lines will try to decipher the emotional elements at play each time we breathe or even think of living. The book explores a wide range of subjects including love, poverty, depression, rejection, nature, and general philosophy.
